I believe it is when the arrs are processing files in to the mergerfs mount. Sabnzbd will be happily downloading away at around 60MB/s, but it will then drop down to <2MB/s I have an rclone mount set up and using mergerfs as a link between my local drive and my teamdrive for sonarr/radarr.
